  • Mr. J. Selvarajah

    Chairman of CAS International

    Mr. J. Selvarajah, Chairman of CAS International CA(M), ACA, CA(NZ), PNA(Aust), ATII, B.Com.(Acc) is a practising accountant with 39 years of experience and has spent considerable time in auditing and assurance, internal audit and risk management, taxation and corporate secretarial services and corporate consultancy services. He is presently a very active partner of the firm.

    His wide range of experience includes corporate restructuring, cross border tax issues, corporate financing, conducting corporate governance and risk management training for an established medical centre, hospital and school of nursing, a resort and an educational institution. He has been instrumental in setting up standard operating and control procedures and risk management for a long and well established 5-stars Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. He is also the internal auditor of several public listed companies on Bursa Malaysia and has also carried out J-Sox audit procedures for companies with their head offices in Japan.

    He is a keen follower of the development of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) in Malaysia and in the advanced economies of the United Kingdom, the European Union Australia and New Zealand, and Private Entity Reporting Standards (“PERS”) in the context of the Malaysian financial reporting framework. He also assisted in the detection of many fraud cases. He conducts numerous public speaking engagements for the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, other accounting bodies, interested parties and also clients in the preparation of their financial statements in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards.

  • Mr. Chen Voon Hann

    Deputy Chief Executive Officer I of CAS International

    Chen Voon Hann is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, Fellow Member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Associate Member of Malaysia Institute of Taxation, Chartered Member of the Institute Internal Auditors Malaysia and he holds a Diploma in Financial Accounting awarded by Tunku Abdul Rahman College.  He obtained his Master in Business Administration awarded by University of Strathclyde in 1997.  He is the Managing Partner of Messrs Chen & Associates, Chartered Accountants. He has more than 16 years working experience in an international accounting firm, a merchant bank, a regulatory body and in the commercial sector. His experiences include auditing and assurance, taxation, corporate and business advisory. He has been actively involved in the professional activities of MIA, MICPA and ACCA. He is currently sitting on the Council of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

  • Mr. Vincent Chok Khen Hin

    Senior Tax Advisor

    Vincent Chok is the Senior Tax Advisor of CAS and VHC Taxation Sdn Bhd. He is also practicing under his own firm name, Messrs. Vincent Chok & Co. He is an associate member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation and an approved tax agent licensed under Section 153 of the Income Tax Act 1967 in Malaysia.

    Prior to joining the private sector, he has been serving for more than 36 years in various branches / Division of the Inland Revenue Board in Malaysia which includes Lecturer for the Inland Revenue officers’ Preliminary and advance course, Director of Tawau Branch, Director of Kota Kinabalu Branch Director of KuantanBranch, Director of Sandakan Branch, Director of Kuala Lumpur (Investigation Division), Director of Non- Resident Br anch and A ssistant Director General of A udit and Quality Control. He is specialize in the area of tax consultancy, tax field audit and tax investigation.

  • Mr. Chang Kong Foo

    Chang Kong Foo is a Chartered Accountantof the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a member of the Malaysian Institute of Taxation and a tax agent licensed under the Income Tax Act 1967.He is also a Certified Financial Planner and a Licensed Investment Representative (Securities Commission).Chang Kong Foo is the Chief Executive Officer of the Key Focus Group of companies providing a multitude of financial services to clients in the Northern Region. Chang Kong Foo started his Professional Practices in 1982 and has since been providing services in auditing, taxation, accounting, business development, financial planning and corporate secretarial practice.

  • Mr. Frans Iskandar

    Mr. Frans Iskandar earned his Master Degree in Accounting from Padjadjaran State University in Bandung, Indonesia in 1967. He then worked at the Government Auditors Office in Bandung, West Java from 1967–1973, with the latest position as Head of the State Banks Audit Division. He was then Management Auditor of the International Planned Parenthood Federation – East & Sout East Asia and Oceania Region IPPF (ESEAOR), a UN affilate organisation for four years. He then worked as Finance Manager of the Indo American Industries in Surabaya, a subsidiary of Corning Glass Works, USA. He also he ld the position of Chairman of the East Java Indonesian Institute of Public Accountants for eight years, at the same time Secretary General of The ASEAN Federation of Glass Manufacturers (AFGM), and is currently the Treasurer of the Indonesia Australia Business Council (IABC) East Java Branch. Likewise, he held the position of Deputy President for Finance, Accounting and Logistics at the Dharma Cendika Catholic University in Sur abaya until the Government prohibits concurrent structural functions for Registered Public A ccountants in 2003.
